US AI cloud provider CoreWeave is partnering with AdaniConneX to launch a 240 MW data center in Navi Mumbai, expanding its advanced computing infrastructure for Indian enterprises.
CoreWeave has officially announced its entry into the Indian market through a strategic collaboration with AdaniConneX. The US-based AI cloud computing firm plans to deploy 240 megawatts (MW) of data center capacity at AdaniConneX’s Taloja campus located in Navi Mumbai. This new development will consist of three individual 80 MW buildings, with CoreWeave occupying the space as the exclusive tenant. The Nasdaq-listed company expects the first phase of this facility to be operational by mid-2028, bringing specialized computing infrastructure, software, and AI services closer to local businesses. Additionally, the site offers an opportunity for further expansion, with the potential to add another 240 MW to double the total capacity to 480 MW in the future.
